Returns/Exchange Policy

Items ordered can be returned or exchanged if:

  • The item was mixed up
  • The wrong wig was delivered
  • The wrong color was sent instead of what was ordered (always confirm color).

Please ensure complaints are raised immediately and the wig is returned within 24-48 hours after receipt for orders within Lagos. For orders outside Lagos, kindly waybill items back to us within 48-72 hours after delivery.

The goods must be in the original packaging, and the condition must be the same as at the time of purchase.

  • It must contain all tags
  • It must not be damaged, closure lace and frontal lace must be intact
  • it must not be brushed, or have any products applied.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your exchange will be processed within 48-72 hours.

If the wig is sold out, shoppers can substitute by selecting another wig or convert said amount to store credit.

For exchanges outside of the above stated, T & C apply and dispatch fee will be charged accordingly.
