Refunds Policy
As all products are final, we do not accept refunds for items that have been processed, require extra styling, have already been sent out of the store, or have been delivered.
We also do not accept requests for order cancellations.
Refunds can only be made in the following cases:
- When the item paid for is sold out and there is no alternative replacement within
- Within 3-7 business days.
- If the payment sent to us was in excess of what should have been sent.
Ensure the exact payment is made on the website within the time frame the account number reflects.
Otherwise, refresh the account or start the process over again. After 3 days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in clause 3, Tamzy Empire shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
